Most of the stressors in our lives are beyond our control, but the way that we react to it can have a significant impact on our stress levels. Here is some helpful advice to help you deal with stress:

Learn how to say “no” to tasks that you don’t have the time to do. You owe it to yourself to have some time to rest, too. Remember that you’re not a superhero. You also get tired and need to rest.
Push negativity away.
When we can’t control a certain situation, it’s pretty easy to focus on the negative and get stressed as a result. Remember that negativity begets negativity. It’s quite a contagious emotion or state of mind. Thus, try to avoid it as a good deal as possible.
Stress can’t be avoided since it’s a natural part of our life; however, we decide how it affects us. Remember that we control how we respond to certain situations. So, try to be positive and live healthy despite the stressors that might come your way.
